ParentVUE delays - UPDATED

Indian Prairie families,
We apologize for the issues many families experienced this morning with access to ParentVue. The Edupoint hosted service could not handle the number of people trying to login simultaneously. District 204, given our enrollment size, chose a hosted solution to avoid these types of issues and was not aware that Edupoint was not able to handle the large number of requests. At this time Edupoint has indicated that all is fixed on their end and families are able to schedule their conference time without issue.
Thank you for your patience as we work through these issues with our vendor. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this caused you today.

We are currently experiencing long delays with access to ParentVUE. The vendor has been contacted and is working to rectify the issue. We will post updates on the district website as information becomes available.
